 | One day I was so depressed and sad. The weight of my thoughts was pulling me down. I felt so weak and I knew that I need God more than anything in my life. I was sitting in the bus, listening to this song and praying from my heart. On lyrics "rejoice my soul" I saw myself falling into a big endless sea. I was in the sea, splashing water, jumping around, full of joy. That beautiful sea was our God's sea of love. I felt so happy that I started to giggle on the bus.  | I spent a majority of my youth pretending to be someone I wasn’t. I wanted so desperately to be cool, to be noticed, to be liked..I didn’t like who was staring back at me in the MIRROR. I LIED to sound interesting, I LIED to appear funny, I LIED to get anyone to notice me. I wanted GIRLS to notice me...I was constantly chasing that relationship with ANYONE.. Since 2nd grade, constantly seeking the opposite sex. In 6th grade, I began to think about sex..alot I began to “self satisfy” any chance I got. Looking back at the habits I developed in that mindset...it makes me hang my head in shame. My Grandparents divorced, my parents divorced..it only made sense I was seeking that “intimacy”...any intimacy would do the job.. Habits I developed in my youth, overflowed and poured over into my Adulthood..almost cost me my marriage, my relationship with my children..it almost cost me my LIFE.. 🩸🩸🩸🕊🕊🕊 I don’t write this, in search of pity.. I don’t share this, to tell you a story.. YOU ARE READING THIS RIGHT HERE AND NOW IN THIS MOMENT, because YOU made a choice, to watch this video and scroll through the comments, like you have always done. But this time is different, because THIS is the moment someone brought you the good word 🙏🏽 That there is a God that sits on high, and he is waiting for you. He is waiting for you to lift up the past you’ve let drive your present, up to him! He is waiting for you to pull away from the habitual sin you have been living in! John chapter 14: verses 1-3; Titus chapter 2:verses 11 -14; Rev.chapter 3:verse 10; 1 Thess. chapter 5:verse 9; 1 Peter 5:4; 2 Timothy 4:8. This praise resounds across the earth speaking "Jesus is Lord and only He saves". 2 Samuel chapter 22: Verse 50 "Therefore I will praise you, O Lord, out of the countries, and I will praise your name." There is no greater praise than the blessed truth of God's word to the glory of God. God the Son (Jesus Christ) has given us the gospel to share with the world. Romans chapter 6: verse 23 " Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes to the Father, but by me.."John chapter 14.verse 6 "1 Corinthians chapter 15: verse 3 "For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:" THE PAYMENT BY HIS BLOOD FOR ALL SINS EVER! And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world. 1 John chapter 2: verse 2 Romans chapter 5:verse 8 But God demonstrates his love for us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. 9 Much more then, now justified by his blood, we will be saved from wrath through him." “For he (God) hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.” 2 Corinthians chapter 5:verse 21. " In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;." Ephesians chapter 1:verse 7 Matthew chapter 26:verse 28 "For this is my blood of the New Testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins." (the life is in the blood. He had to pay with His life) "And according to the Law, one may almost say, all things are cleansed with blood, and without shedding of blood there is no forgiveness." Hebrews chapter 9:verse 22 BY GOD'S GRACE ALONE THROUGH FAITH ALONE IN JESUS CHRIST ARE WE SAVED Ephesians chapter 2:verse 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 not of works, lest any man should boast. Jesus died to pay the penalty for our sins and rescue us from eternal death. Because of Jesus' death on our behalf, all we have to do is believe in Him, trusting in His death and in the shedding of His blood as payment for our sins, as well as in His resurrection from the dead, and we will be saved! WHOSOEVER BELIEVES SHALL TESTIFY TO THE TRUTH Romans 10: 9 That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart man believes in righteousness; And a confession by mouth is given for salvation. 13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
